Training Tools After massive restructuring, all of Lucent's departments were targeted in the creation of the "Lucent Loop" training tool. The concept was inspired by learning maps and the need to creatively interest, engage and educate employees. The Loop "map" is used to explain new business flows and how each department helps get product to market.
